These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Islam Time World. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
Islam Time World provides Islamic utilities including:
Prayer times are calculated using established Islamic calculation methods (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanbali). While we strive for accuracy, prayer time calculations are approximations and may vary slightly from local mosque announcements. Always verify with your local Islamic authority for official prayer times.
Quran text and translations are sourced from established scholarly sources. Hadith authenticity grades are provided as references only.
If you enable push notifications, you consent to receive prayer time reminders and important Islamic date announcements. You can disable notifications at any time in App Settings or device settings.
Prayer time calculations require access to your location. Location data is used only to determine your geographic coordinates for prayer time calculation. We do not track or log your movements.
The App uses third-party APIs (prayer times, weather, maps, Quran data). These services are subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party service outages.
The App, its design, code, and non-religious content are owned by Islam Time World. Quran text is in the public domain. Hadith translations are used under their respective licenses.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of prayer times, or availability of third-party data sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Islam Time World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
